Northmont Land is a direct land acquisition company. We evaluate vacant land submitted through the Site and, where appropriate, present a written cash offer to purchase it. The Site is provided to help landowners submit property details and receive an offer — it does not list, market, or advertise properties for sale to third parties.

3. Not a Real Estate Brokerage

Northmont Land is a principal buyer, not a licensed real estate broker or agent. We do not represent you in a transaction, and nothing on the Site should be construed as real estate brokerage services, legal advice, or tax advice. You are encouraged to consult your own attorney, accountant, or real estate professional before entering into any agreement.

4. Submitting Property Information

When you submit information about a property, you represent that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the legal owner of the property or otherwise authorized to act on the owner's behalf (for example, as an executor, heir, or holder of power of attorney).

5. Offers Are Non-Binding Until Signed

Any cash offer provided through the Site, by phone, or by email is an invitation to negotiate and is not a binding offer to purchase. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign a written purchase agreement, and the transaction is subject to a title search, escrow, and any other conditions stated in that agreement. Offers may be adjusted or withdrawn prior to a signed agreement, including based on findings from a title search or property review.
